March 1st Talacre Rnd 1 Welsh Trials

Very slow days fishing for Talacre standards!
Andy managed a 1st in his Zone with 15 fish
Chris 7th with 8 fish and Tony 9th with 7 fish.
March 2nd - Loughor Estuary. Inshore Rescue Charity Flounder Open

A lot of Flounders were caught during the match but all flounders were spent.
Chris Isaac won the open with a flounder of 808g and was the only Rockhopper to place within the prizes.

Poor fishing, probably the result of strong North winds. Darren Bennett was the only person to catch in-size, a dogfish of 1lb 13oz.
A few other undersize dogs were caught as well as whiting and bass.
